Refund/Cancellation Policy


Registered Attendee(s) are allowed to transfer their workshop/retreat payment to another person or attendee for the same conference.   (The registered attendee is responsible for resolving/find an alternative attendee; not the workshop Host). The workshop hostt is not responsible for any attendee expenses, directly or indirectly, associated but not limited to, travel to and from event, lodging expenses, food outside of the workshop/retreat sessions, or as a result of the cancellation/or postponement of this event for any reason. The attendee acknowledges and agrees to all aforementioned terms and conditions at time of purchase and understands that attendee may be required to sign “terms and conditions” in person or by “e-signature” prior to the event.

If the Conference Host “cancels” (not moving forward with a newly rescheduled date whether in-person or virtual) the conference, the Attendee will receive a full refund but only when the Conference Host initiates the cancelation and is not able to find an alternative date/location or is not able to provide the conference virtually.


If any BEHIND THE VEIL ACADEMY WORKSHOP OR RETREAT is forced to cancel due to inclement weather or any other occurrence beyond our control including, but not limited to, flood, fire, or natural disaster, or if the venue and/or location of the event is closed or provides notice to BEHIND THE VEIL ACADEMY of its inability to hold the event, or if a local government-declared emergency status or regulation is in effect for the location of the event, every attempt will be made to reschedule the event and your registration monies paid will be applied to the rescheduled event date at the rate you locked into when you registered.

Any travel expenses that may have been incurred are not the responsibility of BEHIND THE VEIL ACADEMY and cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

Attendee Cancelation Policy

If you cancel because you no longer want to or can no longer attend, we will not provide any refunds, but you are able to transfer/sell your registration to another individual. You will need to handle the transfer on your own and provide proof of the transfer to us.

You can cancel your registration at any time with no penalties, but any monies paid at the time of cancellation will not be refunded. If you are on a payment plan, your payments are STILL due unless you have set up an alternate payment arrangement with us, and are non-refundable once paid.  

Transfer Policy

A transfer means, if you are unable to attend a Behind The Veil Academy workshop yourself, you cannot get a refund from but you could sell (or otherwise transfer) your registration ticket to someone else to use.

In regards to the Attendee Cancellation Policy above, a transfer is available to you if you are no longer able to or no longer want to attend a BEHIND THE VEIL ACADEMY WORKSHOP. A transfer qualifies as a completed registration (all monies paid in full) and the transfer is for a BEHIND THE VEIL ACADEMY WORKSHOP of the specific year you purchased a registration for.

You are responsible for handling the transfer on your own and will need to provide proof of the transfer to us.

A transfer is NOT a credit towards a future BEHIND THE VEIL ACADEMY registration.


Postponement Policy

If any BEHIND THE VEIL ACADEMY WORKSHOP is postponed or rescheduled and you are no longer able to attend due to a conflict with the new date, any registration monies paid will be transferred to a future BTV WORKSHOP within 1 year.

By signing up for the Class, you attest that you are in good physical and mental health to travel and participate in the Class. You are advised to consult with a physician to ensure you are in adequate health. Company also strongly recommends and advises you secure travel insurance.

You agree to the following:

A. Certain activities including, but not limited to, use of sharp utensils, use of ladder, ETC have risks of injury, including serious injury. You understand the nature of the activity and acknowledge that you are qualified, in good health, and in proper physical condition to participate in such activity. You further agree and warrant that if, at any time, you believe the conditions to be unsafe, you will immediately discontinue further participation in the activity.

B. You will notify the Company if you suffer from any medical or health condition that may cause injury to yourself or others or may require emergency care during your participation.

C. YOU KNOWINGLY AND FREELY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS and dangers, both known and unknown, EVEN IF ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES (as defined below) or others, and assume full responsibility for your participation. You acknowledge that these risks and dangers may be caused by my own actions or inactions, the actions or inactions of others participating in the Class, the conditions in which the Class takes place, of the negligence of Company. YOU FULLY ACCEPT AND ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS AND ALL RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOSSES, COSTS, AND DAMAGES you incur as a result of your participation in the Class.

D. YOU HEREBY RELEASE, DISCHARGE, AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE Company, its sponsors, employees, staff, volunteers, other participants, owners and lessees of the premises on which the Activity is conducted (“Releasees”) FROM ALL LIABILITY, CLAIMS, DEMANDS, LOSSES, OR DAMAGES ON YOUR ACCOUNT CAUSED, OR ALLEGED TO BE CAUSED, IN WHOLE OR IN PART BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING NEGLIGENT RESCUE OPERATIONS; and you further agree that if, despite this Agreement, you, or anyone on your behalf makes a claim against any of the Releasees, you WILL INDEMNIFY, SAVE, AND HOLD HARMLESS EACH OF THE RELEASEES from any litigation expenses, attorney fees, loss, liability, damage, or cost which may be incurred as the result of such claim


Company reserves the right to use photos or videos from the Class for promotional purposes. By signing up for the Class, you agree to allow your image to be used for this purpose. If you do not want your image or voice to be used, please notify the Company in writing before the Class begins.





Customers will receive links to download their digital products in the thank you page of the checkout, along with an emailed link that will last for 30 days.  DO TO THE NATURE OF THE PRODUCT THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR DIGITAL PRODUCTS.  

We don't accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
